NEICE has several meetings for lead state staff responsible for managing and administering NEICE. States with signed MOUs are welcome to attend any of these meetings. Explanations of each meeting and registration links are below:


NEICE 2.0 CMS/MCMS User Group Meeting (monthly, 4th Thursday at 2 pm ET): For lead NEICE users of the Case Management System or Modular Case Management System. Generally for state staff (or county staff in decentralized states) to discuss system issues or changes that have been requested. Not for all NEICE users, but for NEICE users who have been asked by their state to attend to represent their state interests and questions.

Once you register for one session, you will receive a Zoom link unique to you for the meetings. Unique links are used for Zoom Registration and Participation reporting purposes. Use the same link for additional meetings.
