- NEICE Clearinghouse 2.0 - Interface Mapping Document v1.6 - This excel document provides the overview of the message sections that will need to be constructed for the different RequestTypes sent in the submitTransmittal messages to the NEICE Clearinghouse. The field details for each of the sections are defined in separate tabs which can be accessed through the hyperlinks of the appropriate sections.
- NEICE Clearinghouse 2.0 - Interface Mapping Document_ChangeLog_v1.6 - The purpose of this document is to record any changes to the NEICE Clearinghouse 2.0 - Interface Mapping Document v1.6.
- NEICE 2.0 IEPD using NIEM 4.0 standards V3.4 (rename file as .zip document and it will work). This folder contains sub folders for Business Process Artifacts (ICPC100a and ICPC 100B samples and Transmittal Coversheet) and XML Artifacts (niem, NIEMSubsetsDownloaded, schema, wsdl and xml subfolders & conformance reports). Additional documents include the following:
- Catalog (MS Edge HTML document) - This is a catalog file for the NEICE ICPC IEPD. State welfare agencies exchange these messages when dealing with the placement of children across states. This IEPD describes 6 individual messages which are described in the master documentation. These exchanges are actually based on PDF forms which the states exchange with each other. These artifacts are also included in this package.

Please update the Test Status column with Pass or Fail and the Results Details column with the Interstate Case ID and the transaction ID that is received from the NEICE Clearing house.
