FAQ: What documents do I need to include to send a complete Home Study Request in NEICE?
A sending state is responsible to ensure that the following minimum documents are included when initiating a request:

A Receiving State cannot begin working on a Home Study Request until ALL of these materials have been submitted by the Sending State.
