Summary: This job aid guides ICPC coordinators and Case Workers to check all the existing cases associated to a child from a case.

 

ICPC coordinators and Case Workers perform the following actions to identify the associated cases  for a specific child.

 

  1. Login to NEICE application as a Case Worker or a ICPC coordinator.
  2. Search for the required case by searching for the M/CMS case ID from “Global Search” or “Case Search” functionality from the left side navigation menu.

  1. Once the case is opened, click on the “Child Name” from the case banner to open the Child Information Screen.

  1. From the Child Information screen, you can click on the “Associated Case List” tab to get the list of the current case along with additional associated cases for the child.
  2. If there are additional cases associated to the child, you can access those cases by clicking on the “M/CMS Case ID” of the child.

Note: The Associated Case list for the child id accessible from the Case Banner, clicking on the child’s name. This can be accessed when the user is creating a case and from any tab in the case without leaving the case.
