On August 15, 2014, NEICE went live with NEICE 1.0 in 6 pilot states. The Cloud infrastructure used was Microsoft Azure Classic Resources. All NCH 1.0 states have transitioned from 1.0-2.0. Moving forward, NEICE will enforce all the validations in NEICE 2.0 interface.
