Purpose: This job aid provides the steps for the ICPC Caseworker to upload a supervision report and send a message to the ICPC Coordinator.

The ICPC Caseworker uploads the Supervision Report to the case using the same steps as uploading the home study:

  1. The ICPC Caseworker signs into NEICE and searches for the case ID. The caseworker can also go to the “My Cases” section and search for the child’s name.
  2. The caseworker will then navigate to the Documents page and select “Upload Document.”
