So you're ready to start practicing in NEICE. Great! Please follow these initial steps to get started.
***Please use Google Chrome for NEICE UAT (Test) environment. It is also recommended for the NEICE live environment for optimal performance.
You may encounter issues with other browsers.***
Here are the steps you'll need to do to log in successfully:
- Get your login credentials from your State Admin (your email plus temporary password)
- Go to the correct testing site (see below)
- Log in with your login credentials and temporary password.
- The system will send you a Security Code to your email (Whatever you used to login with)
Next, set up your signature.
After you log in, NEICE will display the full menu on the left and and the user’s Dashboard in the workspace on the right
On the left side select the menu button (which looks like three lines or pancakes stacked on top of each other) to display only the icons or to display icons plus the text descriptions.
Click on your name at the right side top corner
Select Profile
Enter your signature using your mouse
Select Save
Find your testing site for your state
CMS users will access the UAT here: https://test.neice.us/
MCMS users will access the UAT within their state environment and should ask their State Admin for the url for UAT for your state.
