Summary: This report provides a list of active cases that were created prior to the date specified but have had no Transmittals since that date. 

 

Who can run this Report? 
ICPC Coordinator and State Admin


Practice Application: This report may be used to identify cases where there have not been transmittals sent/received since the date selected, to determine the appropriate action needed on the case. A case should not be closed without communication with the other state.   


User Input: User is required to select the following criteria to run this report: 

 

  • Transmittal Date – User shall provide the transmittal date. The report output will list active cases that were created prior to the date specified but have no transmittals after this date
  • Case Type
    1. Sent To – The report provides the list of active cases where the Transmittal is “Sent to” the state specified prior to the transmittal date and no transmittals after
    2. Received From – The report provides the list of active cases where the Transmittal is “Received from” the state specified prior to the transmittal date and no transmittals after
  • State – User shall provide the state name “Sent to” or “Received from”. User can also choose “All” to get a list for all states.

Report Functions:

  • User is navigated to case when clicked on the NEICE ID.
  • The report can be exported to a PDF file or an Excel file. 
  • The report can be printed. 

 

Report Calculations:

  • Report provides a list of active cases for which transmittals were sent before the “Transmittal Date” specified by the user but no transmittals, “Sent to” or “Received From” the state specified by the user, after that date.
  • If State is specified as “All’, the report lists all active cases for which transmittals were sent before the “Transmittal Date” specified by the user but no transmittals, “Sent to” or “Received From” all states.

 

Output Structure of the Report

 

The report displays the total list of cases for which the transmittal was “Sent to” or “Received From” the state specified and those created prior to the date specified but have no Transmittals after that date along with associated NEICE ID, Regulation Type, Last Transmittal Date, Case Status
