Summary: This report provides a list of cases that were sent to an agency or all agencies within the state during the specified date range including the Home Study Decision.

 

Who can run this Report?
ICPC Coordinator and State Admin

 

Practice Application: Helps to manage and track cases sent to agencies. If “List” is selected the report provides the Safe and Timely Due Date (“SaTA Due Date”) with status of the Home Study Decision to help with monitoring timeliness for each agency.

 

User Input: User is required to select 

  • Date Range – Date from and Date To
  • HS Status – User shall Select the Case Status as “Pending”, or “All” 
  • Agency - User shall Select any agency in the logged in state from the drop down or select “All”
  • Report Output Format
    1. Counts Only – The report provides only the counts.
    2. List - The report provides the complete list.

Report Functions:

  • User is navigated to case when clicked on the NEICE ID.
  • The report can be exported to a PDF file or an Excel file. 
  • The report can be printed.

 

Report Calculations:

Report provides all the cases that were sent to an agency or all agencies within the state during the specified date range for “All Cases” or for all cases with HS Status as “Pending” depending on the input provided by the user.

Output Structure of the Report

 

  1. Count – If Report output format is chosen as “Count” report displays only the count of the cases.
