Summary: This report provides children and case statistics for an individual Participant State on how many American Indian/Alaskan Native (AIAN) children and cases are in NEICE and how many children and cases have children with ICWA Eligibility for a given date range. 

 

Who can run this Report? 
 ICPC Coordinator, State Administrator

 

User Input: User is required to select 

  • Date Range – Date From and Date To (Mandatory)
  • Case Type
    1. Sending – The report provides the list of cases where the logged in state is in the role of “Sending State”
    2. Receiving – The report provides the list of cases where the logged in state is in the role of “Receiving State”
    3. Both - The report provides the list of cases where the logged in state is the “Sending State” and “Receiving State”
  • State – State Admin or ICPC Coordinator - This is defaulted to the logged in state of the user

Report Calculations:

 

The ICWA Report 

 

  • Calculates the number of cases involving the AIAN children
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as ICWA eligible in the state
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as AIAN in the state
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as AIAN and ICWA eligible
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as AIAN children considered for possible placement by placement type.
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as AIAN children who were placed by placement type.
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as AIAN children considered for possible placement by regulation type.
  • Calculates the number of children that have been identified as AIAN children in NEICE by regulation type.
  • Calculates the number of ICWA children considered for possible placement by placement type.
  • Calculates the number of ICWA children placed by placement type.
  • Calculates the number of ICWA children considered for possible placement by regulation type.
  • Calculates the number of ICWA children in NEICE by regulation type.
