Summary: The report provides children and case statistics for the logged in user state including all cases sent or received for a selected date range.
Who can run this Report?
State Administrator
User Input: User is required to select
- Date Range – Date from and Date To
- Regulation Type – User can choose Regulation Type as ALL, Reg 1, Reg 2, Reg 4, Reg 7 or Reg 12
- State – This is defaulted to the logged in user state
Report Functions:
- The report can be exported to a PDF file or an Excel file.
- The report can be printed.
Report Calculations:
The report calculates and displays the total count of all cases “Sent To” other states or “Received From” other states by the logged in user state, Date Range, Regulation Type
Total Cases: System calculates the total number of cases where the logged in user state is “Receiving”, “Sending”, and “Total”.
New Cases: System calculates the total number of new cases where the logged in user state is “Receiving”, “Sending”, and “Total”, created within the specified Date Range
Closed Cases: System calculates the total number of closed cases where the logged in user state is “Receiving”, “Sending”, and “Total”.
Home Studies Requested/ Received: System calculates the total number of Home Studies Requested/Received cases where the logged in user state is “Receiving”, “Sending”, and “Total”.
Home Studies Completed: System calculates the total number of Home Studies Completed within the specified date range, where the logged in user state sent completed Home studies (Sent 100A-Completed) as a Receiving state or Received Home Studies as a Sending state and the total sum of Home Studies Sent/ Received.
Children Placed: System calculates the total number of children placed within the specified date range, where the logged in user state sent Placement Decision (Sent 100B) as a Sending state and Received Placement Decision as a Receiving state and the total sum of 100B’s sent and received.
Transmittals Sent/ Received: System calculates the total count of transmittals Received or Sent within the specified date range by the logged in user state
Total Children Count: System calculates the total count of children involved in all the cases within the specified date range for the logged in user state for “Receiving”, “Sent”, and “Total” children
Output Structure of the Report
The report displays the count of all the cases created within the specified Date Range for the logged in user state categorized as below:
- Total Cases: Count of Receiving, Sending, and Total cases
- New Cases: Count of Receiving, Sending, and Total cases created within the specified Date Range
- Closed Cases: Count of Receiving, Sending, and Total cases that were closed within the specified Date range.
- Home Study Requested/ Received: Count of Home Study Requests sent as a Count of Home Study Requests Received as a Receiving State, Sending State, and Total count of Home Study Requests Sent and Received
- Home Studies Completed: Count of Home Study Requests Completed as Receiving State, count of Completed Home Study Requests received as sending State, and Total count of Home Study Requests completed.
- Children Placed: Count of children placed as Receiving State, Sending State, and Total count of Children placed
- Transmittals Sent/ Received: Total count of transmittals Sent/ Received within the specified date range
- Total Children Count: Total Children Count
