NEICE Support Desk

The purpose of this job aid is to familiarize NEICE users with the Case Banner Badges and Alerts. 

1. Home Study Due

Regulation 1 and Regulation 2 and For Regulation 7 

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in green color once the Due Date is calculated.

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in yellow 10 calendar days before the due date and an alert () will be displayed. 

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in red color, when the current date is greater than due date and an alert () will be displayed.

Regulation 4 and Regulation 12

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in green color once the Due Date is calculated.

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in yellow color 1 calendar day before the due date and an alert () will be displayed. 

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in red color, when the current date is greater than due date and an alert () will be displayed.

               

2. Supervision Due

• The badge on the case banner for Supervision Due will be displayed in green color once the Due Date is calculated.

• The badge on the case banner for Supervision Due will be displayed in yellow color, 10 calendar days before the due date for Supervision frequency selected as Monthly/ Quarterly and Semi Annual and 1 calendar day before the due date for Supervision frequency selected as “Other” and an alert () will be displayed.

• The badge on the case banner for Home Study Due will be displayed in red color, when the current date is greater than due date and an alert () will be displayed.

3. Final Decision Due

          Regulation 1 and Regulation 2 

• The badge on the case banner for final decision due will be displayed in green once the Due Date is calculated.

• The badge on the case banner for final decision due will be displayed in yellow, 30 calendar days before the due date and an alert () will be displayed.

• The badge on the case banner for final decision will be displayed in red, when the current date is greater than due date and an alert () will be displayed.

4. 100A Expiration

Regulation 2, Regulation 7 & Regulation 12

• The badge on the case banner for 100A expiration due will be displayed in green once the Due Date is calculated.

• The badge on the case banner for 100A expiration due will be displayed in yellow, 30 calendar days before the due date and an alert () will be displayed.

• The badge on the case banner for 100A expiration due will be displayed in red, when the current date is greater than due date and an alert () will be displayed.

Regulation 4

• The badge on the case banner for 100A expiration due will be displayed in green once the Due Date is calculated.

• The badge on the case banner for 100A expiration due will be displayed in yellow, 10 calendar days before the due date and an alert () will be displayed.

• The badge on the case banner for 100A expiration due will be displayed in red, when the current date is greater than due date and an alert () will be displayed.
