The purpose of this job aid is to provide the steps for an ICPC coordinator/ Case Worker to perform a Task Search from the NEICE application

Search Criteria

To perform a Task Search as a Case Worker/ ICPC Coordinator,

  1. Login to NEICE application

  2. Navigate to the Actions menu on the left side and click on “Task Search”.

  3. Search for any task you have access to, using the search criteria below

  • Worker/ Coordinator Assigned to Case (Pick the Name)

  • Task Type (Pending Home studies, Pending Supervision Reports, Pending Final Approval or Denial,100A Expiration, Custom)

  • Task Status (Pending, Completed, Overdue)

  • Due Date (From)

  • Due Date (To)


Search Results

Once you entered the search criteria and clicked on “Search”, the tasks that match the search criteria are displayed with the below columns

  • Status

  • M/CMS Case ID/Created On

  • Interstate Case ID

  • Sending State

  • Receiving State

  • Regulation Type /Placement Type

  • Task Type

  • Task Detail

  • Due Date

  • Children in Case


Filters and Export options

  1. To apply filters on all columns, click on the toggle button “Show Filters” to filter on any of the columns

  2. To export these records to a csv file, select the records you want to be exported and click on Actions-> Export to CSV

  3. To export all records, click on Actions-> Export to CSV without selecting any record.
