ICPC Coordinators (Every month, 2nd Wednesday at 1 pm ET)
Description: The ICPC Coordinator Course describes the role and responsibilities of the ICPC Coordinator. In most states the ICPC Coordinator is the point of contact at each state ICPC Central Office. However, this role is also active at the local agency in the three decentralized states: California, Ohio, and Colorado. Certain ICPC Coordinator have the authority to delete items from NEICE.

County (or Local) Caseworkers (Every 3rd Wed at 1 pm ET)
Description: The Caseworker Course describes the Role of Caseworker at a local agency. The descriptions apply to counties, parishes, regions, or boroughs depending upon the state structure.

Assignment Coordinator Sub-Role Training

Description: The NEICE Assignment Coordinator Course describes the unique additional capability to assign cases. The Assignment Coordinator role is an added role to either ICPC Caseworker role or ICPC Coordinator role. The caseworker will be able to assign users in their office to a case. The ICPC Coordinator will be able to assign users from their office to a case; and assign additional agencies to a case by adding the agency role and all or selected users in the added agency.
